Updates
Today´s updates are as follows:
Added a hit counter to the homepage, redesigned the background on the index page, started to get a hang of the pages set up in the www stuff.
I also set the mood for the upcoming challenge by telling Kennet how easy the 6.6 km track at Vallentuna IP is! He just has to make shure that he after that steep downhill, followed by the just as steep uphill, accelerates his pace to somewhere around 6 min/km and then just keeps going faster and faster till he reaches the goal (within !
The estimated time to complete the track today is around 45 minutes, by todays standards.
I figure that to win this challenge one of them (Kennet or Johan) will have to run under 6 min/km. Which is absolutely doable, if they want!?!
Anyways. Now is a good time to get som km in the legs so, guys, lets go...
